Ready, set, go! Cup pours help build calm and comfortable breath control. You can practice at home with these steps: Step 1: Let child play with cups. Gently sprinkle water over child’s arms, legs, and back (water should not touch child’s face). ... Step 2: once child is comfortable with step 1, cue your child with Ready, Set, Go and gently sprinkle water over your child’s face for 1 second. Repeat sprinkling water over child’s arms and hands before doing another cup pour. As your child gains more comfort, increase cup pour by 1-2 seconds a week. See more

When Dolphin Academy Swim School reopens next month (official date TBA), things will look and feel different for our families. Be on the lookout for much more information coming soon. Existing customers will be receiving an email with more detailed information and a survey link to help us finalize scheduling plans.
