My name is Don Ferguson. I've been a practicing attorney in White County for 26 years. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work closely with the cur...rent Probate Judge, Garrison Baker, in fulfilling the needs of the residents of White County. I have helped a multitude of people deal with their probate issues after the loss of a loved one. I have helped parents obtain guardianship of their children and have helped children obtain guardianship of their parents. I've been honored to serve as guardian ad litem many times over the years. My goal as Probate Judge is to continue to serve the people of White County with the same courtesy and integrity that Judge Baker has shown through the years. I would appreciate your vote. See more

With much thought and consideration, I have decided to run for Probate Judge of White County. I have been blessed with 25 years of great clients and met many, many wonderful people. Now I feel that it is time for me to make the next step in my journey. Of course, I will continue to serve my clients until such time as the voters decide to put their trust in me.
