Happy Thanksgiving. Office is closed today and Friday. Doctor on Call phone number is 228-2000. Update- Our office phone number 226-1200 has been forwarded to a flip phone while repairs on our phone lines continue. You can leave a message with your name, birthdate and phone number and messages will be checked this weekend. Reminder-Dr. Beverly retires from private practice December 31, 2018. If you are a Dr. Beverly Patient- Please send in your signed record release request to our office (if you have not done this yet). Don’t worry , you can still see Dr. Beverly until the end of year even if you turn in the form.
