One Oak Educational and Therapeutic Consulting is looking for an Intake and Family Services Coordinator for our practice. This candidate should have an understanding of the continuum of private therapeutic programs and services for adolescents and young adults, including residential treatment, wilderness therapy programs and therapeutic boarding schools. Responsibilities include conducting intake calls and assisting with the coordination of care for families who are often in... crisis and are considering therapeutic placement options for their adolescent or young adult child. This position is partly administrative and would support the work of the consultants in the practice (managing paperwork and client database, scheduling appointments, etc). A bachelor’s degree and program admissions experience is preferred. Marketing and social media proficiency would be a plus!
