We are beginning a new round of strength cycles this week. Tuesdays we will be working on squat cleans, and Thursdays we will be working on back squats and overhead squats. Now that we have been building strength on our front squats, we want to incorporate that work into our squat cleans. The back squat cycle will not actually begin until next Thursday, but we are encouraging y'all to come on Sunday at 3pm and begin the week with back squats. This squat cycle will be *extra* beneficial if you can do the programmed Thursday workout on the previous Sunday as well. If you miss a Thursday, come on Sundays and do the missed workout. We are looking forward to getting some good technique work and strength in our squat cleans and overhead squats, and continuing to build strength in our back squats as well.
