The intent of the meal nights is to give everyone an opportunity to obtain meals without having to leave the community and still supporting our local food services. It is important for the health and safety of all residents to follow the guidance provided by the White House for social distancing during the COVID-19 response period. The HOA board could be forced to consider closing all outdoor amenities if the White House recommendations for social distancing are not followed. Santa in the park is coming up and we are working on something a little extra this year. One of our residents is working on setting up his first grilled cheese food truck and we would love to support him by being his first event! He would be selling grilled cheese and tomato basil bisque and would love to get a ball park of how many are planning to attend and are interested in warming up with a yummy meal. Hello Eagle Rays! I hope you are excited to register for the new season this year! We have some new things coming with our move under the ASA umbrella (Atlanta Swimming Association). This organization will govern our league and help us in so many ways! You will see a fee of $28 (plus a convince fee of $1.90) that will go directly to ASA. This fee will cover things such as insurance (a BIG ONE), ribbons, special sessions for our coaches to become even better, and having a ded...icated person to call if we have any issues will be some of the many benefits!!! I will have a meeting (one of many) this Wednesday to discuss all the new and wonderful things coming down from ASA. I can't wait to share them with you! I have lowered the cost of the original registration fee to help offset this added ASA fee this year to help with the transition. Our swim team is still a great value and I think you will love what you will see this year. Please remember that our age groups fill up quickly so register today! We will be ending registration at the end of March to make time for us to create schedules make our orders for things like ribbons, shirts, caps, etc. So please don't delay! Have you seen Ralph? He lives on Hillshire Court, off of Whisper Wind. He is VERY friendly and comes to Here kitty, kitty, or the tap of a food can. He is, however, squirmy when held. There is a swim meet at the main pool Thursday, June 28th. The main pool will close at 4 PM for the swim meet. The Lap Pool and Longwood Pool will be open normal operating hours during the swim meet. It is strongly suggested you make every attempt to walk, ride a bike or car pool to all of the amenity facilities on Thursday. The main facilities will be overwhelmed with swim fans and Longwood will be overwhelmed with swimmers. Anything you can do to reduce the number of cars at each facility will be greatly appreciated. Also, as a reminder, glass is not allowed at any HOA amenity facility. This is for all facilities, not just the pool.

Another season of Eagle Watch Water Aerobics is about to begin - this year with an exciting new twist! Over the winter, a heat pump was installed in the Lap Pool and it's working well! The pool opened last weekend - temperature is 82 degrees! Here are the basics:... Pool ID time! Your mailer with pool codes and schedules were sent out today via USPS. Members in good standing will be issued IDs at the Conference Room (Main Amenities next to the On-Site Management office) following the schedule below. YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR ID DURING THESE ASSIGNED TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE AT THE POOLS FOR ANYONE WITHOUT AN EAGLE WATCH ID.... May 10th June 2nd: Thursdays 4:30-7:30pm Fridays 4:30-7:30pm Saturdays 10am-2pm IDs will not be available during office hours. Please make plans to attend one of these sessions. After June 2nd, IDs will only be available at the on-site office on Tuesdays, 2 6 PM.
