Well folks it’s that time again! Our elves have been busy gathering goodies for the two families we adopted this year and the presents have been delivered to Santa’s workshop for a Christmas drop! Architectural shingles are made to last 25 - 30 years and don't fail often, but when they do it's usually due to improper installation. Such is the case here. Even though this roof was only 7 to 8 years old, improper nailing patterns resulted in the damage shown below.
