Great job opportunity for psych students: This position is available on the NIMHD-funded study entitled, ‘Mechanisms Linking Adversity and Pain in African American Adults’ (end date 6/30/2022). Research Assistant will be responsible for recruiting subjects (i.e., performing phone screens, community engagement), reminder telephone calls and emails to participants for survey completion, conducting assessments (i.e., experimental pain protocol), managing hair samples (i.e., collection, storage, and mailing samples for analysis), purchasing supplies, subject reimbursement, managing REDCap databases, and coordinating travel arrangements for conferences.
