Please take note that we are currently under a tropical cyclone warning and that the stronger wind and rain bands will be moving into our area soon so if you are driving be safe. There will be heavy rains, washed out roads and the possibility of a few random tornadoes in those bands.

Reminder: Pest control will be here this Friday around 9 am to complete their monthly service. They will be spraying the interior this month so please be up and ready for them by 9 am. Thank you Mgmt

Please be aware that a pipe on property has been damaged. The city has to shut the water off immediately for repairs. Sorry for the inconvenience. I do not have a time frame for when the job will be completed but hopefully it will not take long. This was accidental so we were not able to give prior notice.

Many of you that have lived in Turner County are aware that we occasionally have power outages and fluctuations in our town. If there is an outage which causes your lights to go off you should go to the breaker box and flip all of the breakers to the OFF position and then you immediately turn them back to the ON position. This will usually reset the tripped breakers. If it doesn't fix the problem please call us. Thank you Mgmt
