January 26, 2021: COVID VACCINE update. Second doses clinics: At this time we have only been able to secure our second doses for those who received their first doses on or before January 6th. If you are one of these individuals, you will be receiving a call from our office with your appointment date and time slot. If you have not received your call, please be patient. First dose clinics - unfortunately we do not have any doses to be able to hold a first dose clinic for t...he foreseeable future. As you should be aware from local and national news sources, the demand for this vaccine is very high, production is limited, each person requires 2 doses, and logistics are difficult for delivery. This is a worldwide issue. When we secure dosing, we will post information on the next distribution. Until then we have tried to compile a list of all those alternative sources. Due to the very limited supply nationally, many of these sites may end with no appointment slots available or a submission of a form with a long wait for a call back (sometimes weeks, as with DPH). We would recommend continually to return to these links to see if more doses become available. However, when it comes to the DPH, only submit one form for a call back - it may take time to get a call, but those resubmitting forms are only bogging down the system. We are out of COVID vaccines. Keep checking back if you want to try to get one here, or you may schedule an appointment with the local health department.

Second COVID19 vaccine dose: If you have received your first dose from our office on or before January 6th, we just received confirmation for all these doses. Our office will be calling you to schedule your appointment slot. Please be patient as we make these calls. If you are not available, we will leave your appointment time on your voice mail. PLEASE BRING YOUR WHITE COVID VACCINE CARD so we can document your second dose for your records.

Tomorrow morning, Tuesday, January 12th we will be able to offer the Moderna COVID19 Vaccine from at 8 am until they are gone for ages 65+, Healthcare Workers, first responders, and long term care facilities. Due to social distancing requirements the line to wait for vaccine will have to be outdoors, so please dress appropriately and bring a lawn chair if you cannot stand. January 8, 2021: We currently DO NOT have the COVID19 Vaccine, nor know when we will receive our next shipment by the Georgia Department of Public Health. Continue to follow this page for updates, but please DO NOT post your name, call, or request to be put on a list - due to limited supply and nature of the vaccine we are UNABLE to keep a list. Thus far we have administered over 500 COVID19 vaccines (Moderna) and continue to thank our staff for working overtime and our vo...lunteers for helping us run vaccine clinics when available.
