Faith Full Gospel Assembly

As I sit here today I think about how wonderful God is. We as humans are frail and sometimes we're up and sometimes we're down. Our emotions a lot of times leads us in what we do, but we need to learn and know that without a doubt God is the same yesterday and forever. His word will never change and his love for us will never diminish. During the low times when the enemy tells us "God doesn't love you and you're not saved" we have to stand on God's word. I'm so glad that in this changing world that our God is constant and I can be assured of every single word written in the bible.

The service was great today and the Spirit of the Lord was wonderful. The Lord blessed us with a prophesy and I believe every soul there was touched. The Lord has been teaching us that we need to be full of the Holy Ghost with signs following. The Holy Ghost gives us power to become witnesses for Christ and God intended for his body of believers to be endowed with power from on high with signs following. The last part of Mark 16 gives us examples of what Christ's follower...s should be doing. Contrary to some teaching the Gifts of the Spirit have not been done away with and are needed today just as much as they were in the first Church. On the day of Pentecost 120 people were in the upper room and when the Holy Ghost fell the tongues of fire fell on every single person there not just the disciples, and the bible says they (all of them) spoke with tongues. This power is meant for every born again child of God. Christians we need the Holy Ghost and fire of God working in and through us. Have you ever seen or heard something so beautiful it brought tears to your eyes and touched you to the deepest part of your soul? This morning as I was sitting in church that happened to me. Psalms 19 was read and as I listened to God's word it touched my soul to the very core. God's word is life to his children. There's so much ugliness in the world today and hatred is being spouted on every hand. What a joy to hear life, peace, joy, comfort and blessing that can only come from our Heavenly Father through his word. I want always for God's word to move me and keep my spirit stirred that I will be the servant he called me to be, having a heart that is cleansed from all unrighteousness and set on fire of the Holy Ghost. God's word is alive and is living in the hearts of the believers that we can be a light to the world.

We had a wonderful message this morning. The text was taken from Romans 8:28-30. We've often heard the comment "what is your calling?" Every Christians calling is to be "conformed into the image of Jesus Christ" and if we have been called all things work together for good in our lives. (Romans 8:28). When Jesus called us it was like him saying to us "Come and be part of my family" many people have been called but not all have heeded the invitation. Once we are called and we accept the invitation The Lord will take us all the way to Glory.

Is Holiness even considered anymore in the Church. It seems in some cases it has become old hat. The Lord instructed us "be ye holy for I am holy". Do we in the church really want to serve God or are we content to be Luck warm having a form of Godliness but denying the power thereof. Our country is in the condition it is in today because Christians have failed to uphold God's standards and presented to the world of picture of ungodly living and will except things that the... Word teaches against as being an okay lifestyle. The Bible teaches that without holiness no man shall see God. We need to spend time with The Lord so that we will have his character and not be like the world. I admonish all Christians to stay unspotted from the world and live according to the standards set down in God's word. By the way if that seems hard to do remember The Lord is our strength and we can lean on Him. See more

What a wonderful Holy Ghost filled service we had this morning. We had a word of prophesy come forth and many were prayed for and blessed by The Lord. After services we went to the river and 3 people were baptized. We are seeing things begin to happen in our services and I believe it's because the people are hungry for a move of God. I know that in the days we live in we need refreshing from The Lord every opportunity we can. We will have a greater hunger for the things of The Lord if we will seek him more and more. As for myself, I want to be full and running over and be able to bring glory to The Lord with everything I do. Come tonight brothers and sisters prayed up and expecting God to do wonderful things in our service and in our lives.

We had a great discussion in our Bible Study last night. As I sit here today I realize just what an awesome God we serve. If our hearts are hungry for the truth of God's word he will fill us with his knowledge and wisdom. I feel we are living in a day when it is so important to be full of the Holy Ghost and the fire of God. Things are happening in our world quickly now that points to end time prophesy and we must be rooted and grounded in The Lord and be able to hear wha...t the Spirit of God is saying to us. We have to be led by the Spirit which means we must be close enough to The Lord to hear his voice. Jesus said "my sheep know my voice and another they will not follow". Everything The Lord tells us will be backed up by the word of God. If we hear a voice that is contrary to the Word then we should dismiss it as not true. God will never tell us anything that that is not backed up in the Bible. Lets spend time with The Lord and really get to know Him and his character. Pray Christians, pray. See more

The morning service and the evening service was really good today. We are being encouraged every service to follow after The Lord and be rooted and grounded in his word so that we will be able to stand in these last days no matter the adversity we might face. One of the marks of the last days is that false doctrine will be rampant in the churches. The Lord himself warned us that we should beware of false prophets. Whole denominations are now allowing things in the church ...that is contrary to what the word of God says and we wonder why the church is so weak. To tell people that it's okay to live a lifestyle that is not pleasing to God is doing so much harm and people seem to be falling for the lie by leaps and bounds. To be a Christian that adheres to the word of God will not be popular and we will be hated by many, even those that call themselves Christians. As for me I want the truth of God's word so that when I stand before him I will not hear the words "depart from me, I never knew you". It is so important that we read God's word and keep it in our hearts. I want all of God's word not just the part that would seem easy. Tell me what I have to get out of my life that I will please the one that gave his life for me. If it's a hard word I still want it that I will be able to spend eternity with my Savior because it will be worth it all. See more

We had a great service this morning and a great message. I Peter 4 starting with verse 14. When judgment comes to this country it will begin in the house of God. For too many years the church has not put forth a true picture of The Lord and the power of God has not been demonstrated in his people for the rest of the world to see. God is calling his people to be full of the Holy Ghost and be endued with power from on high that we can be the witnesses he wants us to be. The... church is weak because we have substituted the power of God with programs that gratify people and keep them coming to a church that requires nothing of them. I know this sounds like a strong word and it is but we serve a holy God that wants to pour His Spirit out on His people but we have become too full of worldly things and can no longer be led by the Spirit of God. God help us The Church to repent and become the beacon we need to be to a lost and dying world. See more

We had a beautiful service this morning, and we could feel the presence of the Holy Ghost. God is so wonderful to bless us. We walk by faith and not by sight but at times when we feel God's presence it brings such a refreshing to our souls. God delights in blessing his children and always wants to commune with us.

We had a wonderful service this morning. We could feel the Spirit of The Lord and many came forward for prayer. We are living in a day when every Christian needs to be rooted and grounded in The Lord and be full of the Holy Ghost that we will be able to do the perfect will of our Heavenly Father. There is coming a shaking in the church and if we are not grounded in sound doctrine of the word of God and hear what the Spirit is saying in these last days then we might be shaken loose. It is vital to our very souls that we adhere to truth and not be swayed by what the world is promoting as an okay way of life. Dig in Christians and hang on for dear life because what will come in the days ahead will not be easy so we must draw our strength from Jesus.

I feel in my heart that as Christians we must take a stand and relate to people what the word of God has to say on issues that are being talked about in this country and society. It will not be popular to take a stand but as children of God we have to speak the truth though we are hated for it. In Luke 6:22 Jesus said "Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil for the ...son if man's sake".The next verse goes on to say that we are to rejoice and leap for joy because our reward will be great in heaven. In John 15:18 Jesus said "if the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you". We are hated because we bring to light the sin that is in the world and most people do not want to be told they are living in sin. Hopefully we can show some of them that God wants to forgive them and he loves them. See more

Sunday 9-4-11. We had a wonderful service Sunday morning. The power of the Holy Ghost fell on almost everyone that was there and many lives were touched by the Lord. Some were slain in the Spirit, some received the baptism of the Holy Ghost, the Lord spoke to us in a prophesy and the spirit of worship filled the place. How wonderful and glorious our God is.
