F&P Georgia Mfg 21.02.2021

Update: All Assembly operations will start up on1st shift Monday at their normal start time. FPG Production Status: All, as communicated on Thursday February 13th, Honda Alabama is experiencing part supply issues from their south western suppliers. Mainly Texas and Mexico. This is due to the extreme weather conditions that have effected that area this week. With the delay of these supplier parts, Honda of Alabama has had to cease production at both of their plants on Tuesday,... Thursday and Friday of this week. This in turn has caused F and P Georgia to halt production on Thursday and Friday of this week. Our latest communication with Honda states that they plan on resuming normal production on Monday, February 22nd on 1st shift. With this information, F & P Georgia will resume production at the following times: Stamping - will resume production on Monday, February 22nd at 7PM. (no 1st shift production) Welding - will resume production on Monday, February 22nd on 2nd shift. (no 1st shift production) Assembly - Nissan assembly production will resume on Monday, February 22nd on 1st shift. - Honda assembly production restarting is still not finalized. We will have this information Saturday February 20th by 2pm. Please check our Facebook page, call our hotline or your manager to get this information. Support Dept. - Call your manager for your specific restart times. Thank you Bruce Critchlow

All Due to inclement weather in the area of the supplier base for Honda, they are experiencing some part shortages. To that end FPG will be shutting down operations on the following shifts: Stamping operations will be down through D shift Saturday and will re-start on A shift Sunday 2/21 at 7:00AM.... All production units will be shut down for 2nd shift on Thursday 2/18/21. All production units will be shut down for 1st shift for Friday 2/19/21 with the exception of Nissan assembly and the welding weekend crew. Currently we have not made a decision for 2nd shift on Friday 2/19/21. Please watch Facebook or call 706 291 7550 then press 7 for the latest information. Respectfully Nat Massey Sr Manager HR
