Have you seen the pumpkins on the Old Courthouse Lawn in Downtown Fayetteville? It's The Great Pumpkin Display, and it's happening through Saturday, October 31. Bring your decorated pumpkin for display, take photos, and post them with #FayettePumpkinParty.
The left eastbound lane of Stonewall Avenue next to the Historic Fayette County Courthouse and Fayetteville First United Methodist Church will be closed starting Friday, December 4, to accommodate construction. The main two eastbound lanes will remain open to traffic. Please use caution driving in the Courthouse Square area, as construction workers will be on site.
TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Due to a traffic accident, the traffic signal located at the intersection of Highway 85 North and Ellis Road has been damaged. Please use caution when traveling in this area and treat the intersection as a 4-way stop until the Georgia Department of Transportation can repair the signal.
