In order to mitigate exposure, and to continue to maintain our safety protocols for our clients and staff, we are asking Realtors and Lending Professionals, as well as any additional family members, to refrain from attending closings. We know the closing process is a monumental experience and want to share the experience with all; therefore we are offering teleconferencing for Realtors and Lenders. Our office is working diligently in order to serve our clients during the immediate issues our community is experiencing. We understand that this may be a stressful time for some individuals that will be involved in real estate transactions closing in our office. In order to better serve our clients, we will be providing parties the option of Social Distance Closings. For those awaiting title work, please be patient with us as we collaborate with title and county officials on how to best execute our title searches to accommodate closings and keep all parties safe. Once we know more, we will disseminate further information to our clients.
