May your day be Merry and Bright! Festival Hall thanks you for your friendship and support!
In honor of the season and in response to an unprecedented year, enjoy a beautiful and pandemic proof rendition of Handel's Messiah performed by the Handel and Haydn Society of Boston. Despite wars and pestilence, the H & H Society has performed the Messiah every year since 1854. Amazing.

Before Festival Hall, Greensboro GA was a performing arts venue, the building housed the Greensboro Auditorium and was home to all kinds of community events. Bu...ilt in 1939 as a Works Progress Administration project, the auditorium hosted flower shows, basketball games, graduations and recitals. It was later used for county offices before being donated to the Greensboro Downtown Development Authority for the purpose of developing a Cultural Center. Festival Hall as we now know it was rededicated to our community in 2010 after an extensive renovation project. Do you remember the Greensboro Auditorium? What sort of events did you attend there? -- #GreensboroGAHistory #ThisPlaceMatters #DowntownGreensboroGA
