My family and I still own Furniture Factory Outlet, and we are just as committed as we have always been to customer service, quality products, and a no-pressure shopping experience. Any word around town about us selling our business, transferring ownership, or being "under new management" is simply false. This is primarily due to a higher volume of sales than the industry was seeing prior to the COVID situation. Some of our suppliers are also experiencing manufacturing difficulties and are working to resolve them as quickly as possible. Please know that we are working diligently to keep our orders coming in as fast as possible, and we are opening some new sources for quality furniture to supplement our suppliers that are struggling.
