Happy Tuesday! Saturday is Fit Happens Workshop's grand opening!!! This Workshop is NOT one you're going to want to MISS out on!! The workshop is for all levels of fitness! Please feel free ask any questions you may have! Don't forget to bring water and a towel! Looking forward to seeing you all on Saturday!

Just went for a great 4.5 mile run/walk getting ready for this weekend!!! Can't wait to see everyone out there!
