Meet our personal trainer, @captianspike Michael Buhlmann is an ACE personal trainer. He got into personal training through his love of coaching and to pass forward the wealth of knowledge and athletic experience he has accumulated throughout his life. Fitness is not only his passion, but a way of life. His grandfather, a 3X world champion power lifter, bestowed this philosophy on Michael by consistently pushing him to the limits whether at the gym or in life. It is Michael’...s dream to be the type of man his Grandfather was for the next person wanting to live life to their fullest potential. Michael has played just about every sport, from baseball and football to ice hockey and wrestling. It was in wrestling where he made a name for himself. He was a multiple time all-section wrestling in high school back in New York, even being ranked in the state. He was a part of and the captain for teams that have won Section 1 team title section 3 consecutive times. He is now a part of the hall of fame, joining most of his family. He made his way to college through wrestling, fighting at multiple weight classes where he immediately became starter and ended as captain and conference champion. His favorite moment was winning his conference title in the deciding match at Madison Square garden. He has had the opportunity to not only play, but coach at a high level and knows what it takes to help someone reach their full potential. By training with Michael, it is his hope and goal to help further your fitness goals, achieve new heights in life and/or athletics, and lastly to enjoy the process! See more
Meet our Personal Trainer, @trinityfitness306 Brendan Davis has always been passionate about fitness, health, and wellness. He began getting involved in the fitness industry at age 15. He started with sports like most kids, but when he started CrossFit around 15 he was introduced to an entire new world of fitness. The discipline and intensity of CrossFit allowed him to surpass his previous boundaries. He has seen amazing changes in his personal health and wellness inside and out throughout his journey.
