We're looking for an administrative assistant to join our team at the fastest growing flight school in Metro-Atlanta. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and answer phones - Check-in/out (Dispatch) aircraft... - Generate customer invoices and process payments - Support customers and flight instructors with scheduling - Confirming flight lessons for students - Data entry and other administrative tasks as they come up. Requirements: - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Great communication and people skills - Good computers skills - Must be reliable and punctual Job Hours: - FLYT Aviation is open 7 Days a Week between the hours of 7am and 8pm - This position is 35 - 40 hours a week - Shifts are between 5 - 8 hours and fall somewhere within our hours of operation
