It gives us great pleasure to announce that Rebecca Braswell has been promoted to the position of Sous Chef at Fortify kitchen and bar! Rebecca is from Warner-Robbins and graduated from N. Ga. Tech’s culinary program in 2019. She came to us in 2018 to complete her N. Ga Tech internship. During the last two and half years, she has gone from zero experience cooking on the line and has quickly progressed to become a certified bad ass! She has incredible work ethic, organizational skills and time management which made this an obvious choice! If you see her, congratulate her! She has worked really hard to get where she is and we couldn’t be more excited about moving her up! #girlpower

UPDATE to lunch hours for New Year's week: 12/31 New Year's Eve: We will close lunch at 1:00pm to prepare for NY Eve dinner. 1/1/21 New Years Day: We will not be open for lunch. We will be open for dinner at 5pm. Wishing you all a safe and happy New Year's!
