The Georgia General Assembly recently passed Senate Bill (SB) 359, which is titled the Georgia COVID-19 Pandemic Business Safety Act, to limit businesses’ liability for COVID-19 related claims. The bill will go into effect at the signature of Governor Kemp or on August 7, 2020, whichever comes first.
