Psalm 103 is written like a journal entry. The author gives us insight into his internal struggle to remember that God is good. He writes to himself and says, "Remember these things, my soul! Don't let yourself forget that God - forgives me... - heals me - redeems me - crowns me - fills my life with good things"

Revive. Refresh. Release. Restore
