The weather is looking perfect for tomorrows fishing rodeo! There is no registration for this event and the only thing required is a parking pass to enter the park. We stocked 1,500 catfish that are ready to eat!
If you're looking for something fun to do with the family this Labor Day Weekend then join us for a guided hike along our most popular trail! Space is limited. Order your tickets today to attend this event.
Before traveling: Check GaStateParks.org/Alerts for live updates on access restrictions. Mistletoe has experienced large crowds on pretty days, and park staff may temporarily limit access to ensure social distancing and protect the health of the public and our employees. Please understand that admission to the boat ramp, parking lots, trails, picnic areas and more may be limited for several hours and will reopen once there is available capacity. This applies to day-use, not guests with reservations.
Update: The park is no longer limiting access. Sunday, May 17, 1:00 p.m. Mistletoe State Park has reached capacity and is limiting access to allow for proper social distancing. Park Rangers are limiting access to new visitors, including parking, trails, boat ramp and day use areas. Visitors already inside the park may stay as long as they are following CDC guidelines. Walk-ins and roadside parking are not allowed. Guests with overnight reservations will be allowed to enter as needed. The park will reopen once there is available capacity. Find alerts and nearby sites at GaStateParks.org
