It has been a while since we have done a virtual walk to somewhere in the United States. We have walked to Key West, New York, Salem, MA, and Tucson. No good reason why, other than I have forgotten about it. But like they say no better time than the present. Here is how it works. 1. I pick a place for January 2021 it will be Great Falls, Montana. Why? No particular reason other than I pointed to it on a map and it is far away. 2. Commit to doing it. Respond below with your... commitment. It is a new year right, everyone wants to commit to a more healthy lifestyle. Well here is an easy way to do it. 3. The distance to Great Falls, MT will converted to steps it is 2180 miles from the gym to Great Falls, MT. That converts to 4,905,000. 4. Start tracking your steps and post your weekly totals on this thread (example:1 Jan - 8 Jan: 100,000) 5. I will add up weekly and hopefully by 31 Jan we will virtually be in Great Falls, MT. See you in Great Falls, MT

One thing I love about my new chosen profession is getting to work and meet different people. I get to help them get stronger, move better, and meet and exceed their personal goals. I have the opportunity to work with old friends, husband and wife teams, parent and child, brothers and sisters. This young man here is a unique case. He is the son a Ranger Buddy who is much, much older than me Rob Ciaccio. Not only do I get to see Rob in the mornings and reminisce on the good ...times had once upon a time in Regiment, but now I get to work with his kid. Thank you for the opportunity.. I may have lost the daily camaraderie of the military and I miss my Ranger Buddies, but I have found a new group of folks to grow and learn with, and it is just as rewarding. #BESTONG
