To schedule a virtual appointment, dial 404-929-3100 between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM beginning Monday, February 1, 2021 until Wednesday, February 17, 2021. (There is a limit to 1000 participants so first come first serve) Time: 12/10/20, 10am 2pm EST Topics 10am: Suicide Prevention 11am: Veteran Peer Navigators in a Primary Care Setting *12pm (Keynote): Mental Illness Stigma 1pm: Whole Health in Mental Health Promoting Access to Mental Health Care for Veterans During the COVID 19 Era For the first time ever, this year’s VA Community Mental Health Summit is a collaborative effort among VISN 7 VA facilities and will be conducted virtually. This year’s focus will be a collaboration between VA and the community to best promote access to care during the COVID-19 Pandemic. There will be presentations and a keynote speaker, Dr. Patrick Corrigan, Distinguished Professor of Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology at 12pm EST. This event is free and there is no registration. While we ask that you try to attend the entire event, it is not required, and you may attend sessions of your choice.
