CT Impact ‘08 is certainly making an IMPACT!!! At the Jennie Finch Spring Invitational at Diamond Nation in Flemington, NJ, this past weekend, this tenacious group of young female athletes made it to the championship game of a 40 team 12u tournament and suffered a heartbreaking 6-5 loss in extra innings to a very talented Newtown Rock team. Congratulations to Florida Impact 08 for bringing home the championship playing with PGF at NTC in Clermont, FL this past weekend. They played up in the 14u age group and had a great weekend. #makeanimpact

Congratulations to Katie Willoughby - 2022 on her commitment to play softball and further her education at Lee University. Katie plays for Georgia Impact Jeffreys/Townsend and attends Silverdale Baptist Academy in Chattanooga, TN. Congrats to Connecticut Impact - Pearson on another successful weekend! #makeanimpact CT Impact Pearson 12u won the FastPitchNation (FPN) Spring Madness Tournament by defeating the Wallingford Cardinals 3-0. They went 5-0 on the day and outscored their opponents 48-7.

Please take a moment and help a family out that has suffered through a few unexpected tragedies. Ty is a part of the Atlanta Vipers Organization and has played for Jason Holbrook. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Everyone please take a moment and read this story. Ty has played for me the past couple of years and is a wonderful person. Her mother passed away unexpectedly from Breast Cancer last week. She has three younger siblings who lost their dad tragically a few ye...ars ago and now their mother as well. Ty was planning to attend college in Florida, but given the circumstances she is going to try to play and attend school closer to home in Ga to help with her younger siblings. I know times are hard for everyone right now but if you can spare some extra money for a donation that will go entirely to their family to help with expenses every dollar is appreciated. Congratulations to Sydney Blair - 2022 who has committed to play softball and further her education at the University of North Georgia. Sydney plays for Georgia Impact Janney and attends Starr's Mill High School. Sydney will certainly make an impact at UNG when she arrives on campus. #makeanimpact

Congratulations to Georgia Impact - Taylor as they went 5-0 at the T Bolts 5 Star Exposure Showcase this past weekend in Birmingham. This group of 12 year olds played in the 14u division and outscored their opponents 21-7. Keep an eye on this group as they have a very bright future ahead of them. #makeanimpact
