A study of approximately 2,000 nationally representative Americans revealed the outdoor dining craze is here to stay with three in five taking up cooking and ea...ting outside since March 2020. Lamb was considered the most adventurous food by nearly one-third of respondents (30.82%) with mangos and sushi close behind. To date, 137 placements have been tracked.
