A message to our AMAZING customers... It’s hard to even describe how Blessed we’ve been as a business over the last couple years. The support from our customer base has been truly remarkable, leading to demands for our products like we’ve never seen before in our 11 years of business. As with most, the pandemic brought on challenges we could have never imagined. Through it all, our staff of roughly 30, including our sister stores in Opelika and Montgomery, has been simply am...azing. We faced the challenges head on and soared right through. As we sit here today, with demand sky high, our team is doing all they can to continue to offer you all the uniquely delicious products you’ve come to expect from Gigi’s. With that said, and as some of you have found out, we are occasionally selling out of items and having to turn down a lot of custom orders because we just don’t have the capacity to do it all. Nothing hurts worse than turning away business, but it’s been a reality lately. We’re of course still accepting orders, but our calendar fills up extremely fast. Just know- we are doing all we can to continue to grow our team and ultimately fulfill anything that’s sent our way, but until then we ask for your continued patience as we work through the challenges.
