Had some time this morning so I took advantage of all my anti-aging modalities!! These hot summer days are sweltering and spending the day by the pool or lake is usually the quuckest way to get cool. But be cautious! The intensity of the sun doesn’t take long to burn the skin. Facials or waxing can NOT be done in these situations. Skin must heal before exfoliating acids or wax can be applied. Both can and will cause lifting of compromised skin. If you’ve gotten to much sun and need to reschedule your appts, please do so! Be safe snd use your SPF!!
