This morning our Board of Governors announced two projects, retaining an estimated 20 jobs and with the potential for at least $250M of new capital investment to Glynn County, GA. Solving the workforce challenges of today, and preparing for the future, is a community-wide effort. Yesterday, professionals from across the Golden Isles kicked off the implementation of "Golden Opportunities: Talent Development Strategy for the Golden Isles 2021-2026." This ambitious strategy will focus on youth and young adults, the adult workforce, entrepreneurs, and the creation of a workforce network.
