Our staff is made up of coaches who care. Even though athletes are in group classes, coaches work with each athlete in the class. Our coaches are expertly trained and provide top-notch programming for athletes from 3rd grade to college.

Our middle school program helps build a foundation for movement as kids grow and develop. We teach them to organize their body in a way that they can perform the movements well and with solid technique. Additionally, we teach running mechanics, change of direction and more.
