Ms. O needed some new gutters. Her current gutters were too small to handle the amount of rainwater coming off of her roof and they were constantly pulling away from the house. She would try to nail them back on, only to have them pull loose again. She saw one of our signs at a neighbor’s house and decided to give PGRS a call. She just wanted someone to provide her a solution for her gutters. Steve did an inspection and showed her that her current gutters were installed using an old spike and ferrule system. He showed her how PGRS would install larger 6 Inch Seamless gutters with hidden hangers that screw into the fascia. This provides a much sturdier hanging system that will prevent her new gutters from pulling away. Mrs. Z and her husband were doing some work outside at their home when they noticed some siding concerns. They called PGRS to come out and see what it would take to fix the problems. Mr. and Mrs. M had a tree fall and hit their house about a year ago, and her husband was able to repair the roof at the time himself. Mr. and Mrs. S noticed a leak in their foyer. A friend referred them to PGRS to assess their problem. T.J. met with Mr. S and inspected the home. Mr. S decided to call his insurance to see what they would cover for him after seeing the evidence of storm damage from T.J.'s inspection. T.J. met the adjuster back out there a week later to go over the roof. Within a week Mr. S had received notification that the insurance company was allowing him coverage for repairs. Mr. and Mrs.... Ms. H moved into her home about 4 years ago. She has had a little bit of work done to the home here and there. The roof over her den has been a problem since she moved in. She had some skylights leak that caused damage, so she had them removed and sealed up. After a while she began to notice that the roof was leaking again. Before she could make a decision on how to proceed, a storm caused a tree limb to pierce a hole through her roof, into her den. Ms. H was then able to place an insurance claim on the damage to get it covered. Mr. H was concerned with water overflow and lack of gutters on the sides of his home. Davin came out to see and assess his worries.
