Daycare parents. The weather is supposed to turn really bad 35 to 50 mph winds and flash flood watch from tomorrow into Thursday with Thursday being the worst day. So normally if I don’t get a weeks advance notice you would have to pay for your daycare day if you miss it , but with the weather going to be so bad on Thursday I’ve already had a couple people tell me their dogs are not coming because they don’t want to get out in it with their dogs. so if you want to tell me t...onight or tomorrow to take your dogs off the list on Thursday just let me know and I will understand and you will not have to pay for it. You’re still welcome to bring them , please don’t think that I’m asking you to leave them at home, I’m just giving you the opportunity with such bad weather not to bring them if you don’t want to. Just comment here, send me a private message, or call and leave a message at work tomorrow. See more

Daycare parents, we certainly appreciate your trust in us as you bring your kids daily to play with the others. But I have to give you two reminders and request that you stick to these times . Please know that if we implement a time there’s a good reason for it. We need all daycare dogs to be at the daycare no later than 915 so that we can go get them established into the playgroups. Sometimes we have a dog that cannot go out into the yard until all the other dogs get here... . We want to work around what each dog needs as much as we possibly can. Therefore when your dogs are all established in the yard by 915 that one or two dogs that do great as long as they are last in to the yard can be put out to play. We are not trying to be rude or mean but we need dogs to be at day care by 915. This also gives your kid lots of playtime before naptime. We’re going to have to start getting really strict on this rule and yes even if you are two or three minutes late we’re going to have to turn you away. Please let us know ahead of time if there is some emergency reason that you cannot be here at 9:15 we will try to work around that occasionally but for just every day daycare you must be here by 9:15. If your dog is on the daycare list for that day you will be charged for the day even if you can’t come because you are late . Because you have taken a spot that another dog could’ve had. Also we have to get back to being strict on getting picked up by 5:30. I work until 9 o’clock every night here and every weekend so I need that time between 530 and eight to feed boarding dogs , run personal errands or have dinner with my husband before I come back at 8 o’clock. You can make arrangements ahead of time to have your dog picked up at our late 8 o’clock pick up at no charge, but if those arrangements are not made ahead of time before we close at 5:30 there will now be a five dollar late fee charged to your daycare for your dog to stay till 8 pm. But as I said as long as arrangements are made before and we know ahead of time that your dog needs to stay till 8 PM there will be no charge added. We really do try to accommodate your needs but we need the parents to adhere to our policies So that we can work with everyone. thank you for your understanding. See more
