So to answer yesterday's question. We came up with two ideas for how to use our hibiscus. You guys were right. It will be packaged for tea. The other idea is this Hibiscus passionfruit jam. Its sweet and tangy. It will be available later this week. We try to be creative with our value added products at #gratitudeatl

Calling all Pumpkins and bags of leaves. @wyldecenter and @compostsociety are teaming up to collect materials for compost. Dont trash it, give it back to the Earth. Your participation will help improve the soil in many gardens and farms. If you can't make it over, feel free to drop them off at our farm. DM us for details. Big ups to @blackinthegarden for sharing this with us. Feel free to repost this to your network.

Signs of a healthy ecosystem on the farm. At Gratitude, we do our part to farm organically and be in balance with nature. Reptiles like snakes and amphibians are also beneficial to the farm. They help eat insects and mice that damage crops. That's the cool thing about agriculture, its an interdisciplinary science. Farmers are ecologists, astronomers, mathematicians, pedologists amongst other things. Take a look at the colors and how each animal uses it to blend in. #gratitudeatl
