Hello GRAY FAMILY and friends. Happy New Year. We had a spirit filled worship service today as members shared testimonies of GOD's grace, mercy, healings and restorations in 2015. My sermon title was "Don't Look Back." Jesus in Luke tells us not to look back as Lot's wife did. We waste so much time looking back and miss the things rihht in front of us....the new plans....changes. ...the new things God is trying to lead us to or do in our lives.. Let's make a conscious decision in 2016 to look forward and not back. Paul tells us to forget those things that are behind us and to press toward the mark of the higher calling in Christ JESUS. Gray Chapel members visit Laurel Bay Nursing Facility in Macon to share Christmas gifts. The residents were surprised and happy to see everyone. Christmas caols and hyms were sung. We have adopted this facility and we hold worship service and provide various items of clothing and various holiday treats. Enjoy the photos.

Our Chritmas Celebration at GRAY was outstanding. Our theme was "Jesus is the Reason for the Season." We had children and adult participants. They were great. GRAY completed a two night Revival on Tues. Oct. 20th with Rev. Charlie Hicks II. Pastor of the Greater Allen Temple; Byron GA as the Revivalist. Sermon title "Is That Good Enough For You?"John 1:43'51. We had a Holy Ghost filled time If you missed Mon. or Tues. you missed two wonderful messages.

We have been truly blessed at GRAY. On Sun. Oct. 18th, we Celebrated Homecoming under the big tent with Rev. Eddie Collier of Towaliga County Line Baptist Church in Jackson, GA His message, "Its a Celebration." On last night Rev. Dr. G. DIANE LEWIS from Duresville was our revialist. She told us not to ever worry becsuse "God is Standing By." What s message. If you weren't there you missed it. HOPE to see you tonight Rev. Charlie Hicks II from Byron..New Greater Allen Temple is the revivalist.

Homecoming and Revival are in the air at GRAY CHAPEL. REV. EDDIE COLLIER and the Towiliga Line Baptist Church in Jackson, GA are our guest. We are having an old fashion outside TENT Service. We will begin at 4:00 PM on Oct. 18th. Dinner will be served outside immediately after the worship. Rev. GREGORY HOMER is our worship leader. Revival will follow on Monday with Rev. G. Gray Chapel enjoys family, food, encouraging words for the church at the 1st Annual Gala, hosted by Rev. Charlie Hicks, Presiding Elder Harvey Williamson and the Greater Allen Temple in Byron, Ga. The speaker was the Honorable Sr. Federal Court Judge...Louis Sands. It was enjoyed by all...9/19/2015.

Rev. Sharon Homer, Pastor of Gray Chapel AMEChurch preached the Monday night Revival at Belvin AME Church where Presiding Elder Harvey R. Williamson is serving as Pastor. Her sermon title was "BEcause I Need To." Scripture lesson : Mat. 4:3-34, with vs 4 as the central verse. Jesus said HE needed to go to Samaria. Why? Because He knew somone would be there with a need and it was the Samaritan woman at the well. When was the last time you went to meet the need of someone? You must go to the place where the need is...soup kitchens,hospitals, schools, etc.

Gray Chapel attends District Lay Picnic at South Peach PArk in Fort Valley. We brought home tbe gold in Basketball.
