Parents, If you’re interested in a speed, agility and strength program this spring and summer for your young athlete, Coach Frank Millsap at ‘The Grind’ will st...art his program tonight. -Monday and Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30pm -Saturday mornings 10am to 11am Again, this is not just for our wrestlers, and is for any young athlete that wants to increase their speed, strength and conditioning. The Grind Fitness Center is located in Alpharetta, GA just five minutes east of GA 400 off of McGinnis Ferry Road. The facility is in a large warehouse style building directly behind All Around Gymnastics. The street address is 5510 McGinnis Ferry Rd, Suite D, Alpharetta, GA 30005
