Cycle + Barre class is essentially the integration of both cycling and barre exercise. Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Barre is a total body workout that combines core elements with traditional ballet technique to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles. We emphasize proper alignment with movements stemming from the core. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range m...ovements. In this class we will use the bike as our Barre!!!
