The icemaker is up and running for 2015, at least it was when we left last weekend.

Well some road has been done. This past weekend (and into Monday) we had 9 loads of crush and run laid down and and 3 loads of dirt. We had over 20 hours of tractor work completed by two tractors with a lot of ditches cleaned out, grading, hole filling and packing. We are hoping this work will solve a lot most of the road issues that we have had over the past few years, but continued maintenance will be needed. The work began Friday with Bob, Richard, Jim and Rusty reworkin...g the rock in the ditches to help increase the water flow and keep water off the road. It then carried into Saturday and Sunday with tractor work being done by Tim and Rusty while Richard and Bob used their trucks to pack down the crush and run and new dirt which was used to fill low areas. The work was completed Monday around lunch time. A special takes goes out to Bill Knowles for working with us all weekend. He kept the loads coming all weekend long and used his dump truck to help insure we got the material well packed. We will get a chance to see how it does with this upcoming rain chance, hopefully any issues will be minor.

Just a reminder that the East Lake Sinclair Auxiliary Spring BBQ is this Saturday, April 26th from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Please come out and support our community.

The ice maker is up and running for 2014.

I am getting pine straw delivered next week to the lake. My straw guy will deliver for $3.50 a bale and will install for an extra $1.50 a bale. Let me know if you are interested in getting some pine straw, he will be there either Thursday or Friday. Rusty

We would like to try to plan a community cook-out for the weekend of April 12th. Please let us know your thoughts.

1/31/2014- Well it looks like all the homes for sale in Harbour Pointe have sold. Great news. Road dues for 2014 have been coming in at a good pace, Becky will send out an update soon, along with an updated directory. Can't wait for warm weather. Planning on having cookout early spring. Stay tuned..
