COVID-19 VACCINE UPDATE Georgia is now open for everyone 16 years and older to receive the vaccine. I highly recommend everyone get the vaccine. The Pfizer vaccine is the only one for 16-17 year olds. All adults can get any of the vaccines available. All breastfeeding moms can get the vaccine. Unless you have been told specifically not to get the vaccine, please get it. It can take 2-6 weeks for you to develop adequate antibodies to COVID-19. Once 70% of the population has antibodies then we can stop masking. We are at about 20% right now. Harmony Pediatrics has ordered the vaccine but has not received it yet. We will inform you when we get it. In the meantime, please get it. Contact your local county health department website for appointments.
