Have you heard about our new check in procedure? We are doing all we can to keep patients and team members safe. To check in, please use the QR code you receive by text or email (or posted outside of the office and on this image). When we are ready to seat you or your child, we will send you a text message. The waiting room and clinical area are open, we just ask that you try and social distance as much as possible and face masks are encouraged. Parents, if you choose to wait in the car a team member will update you on the appointment. If you experience difficulty checking in, please do not hesitate to come inside and we can assist you. Dr. Jay Harris is excited to welcome patients back into the office after our office construction! Thank you for your patience and understanding while we made some updates. To do our part on limiting COVID-19 exposure, face masks are encouraged for anyone who enters our office. We will be installing a hand washing station at the entrance of the office.
