Hello everyone! I want to update and clarify information regarding the Coronavirus or COVID-19. The Coronavirus is new virus, meaning that has not infected humans previously. This means your body has not had a chance to mount a response to the virus. Therefore, a mediciation to treat or a vaccine has not been developed as of yet. The symptoms of COVID-19 usually start with a sore throat, then progress to a fever with cough. If you develop any of these symptoms please plan ...to stay home and rest. You can take tylenol or ibuprofen for the fever and drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Testing for the virus hopefully will be available in the office by the end of week. We will keep all members updated by Spruce when testing is available. You should only be tested if you are having symptoms. Please DO NOT go to the ER or Department of Health to be tested for COVID-19. Please contact the office prior your visit if you are having symptoms of the COVID-19 virus. Upon arrival to the office you will be given a mask and placed in a room immediately. Again, please only go to the ER if your symptoms have progressed to shortness of breath or a fever that is not responding to over the counter medications. As always, all members can call or text anytime you have questions. I will keep everyone updated as I receive new information.
