Haunted Savannah Tours

We are happy to announce that we have donated ghost tour tickets for the auction to help support this worthy cause. The mission of this organization is to recruit and train community volunteers to advocate for the best interests of children who have experienced abuse and neglect. Like many organizations, 2020 was a tough year for us. But our highly-trained advocates pivoted to ensure that children in highly traumatic times have a constant adult fighting for them. Unfortunatel...y, the pandemic did force us to postpone our signature event and largest fundraiser, Dancing with the Savannah Stars, until April 9, 2021. While the delay in financial support has been difficult, we are excited to offer a hybrid in-person/virtual event that we believe will engage even more people to share our mission and raise the much-needed funding. Dancing with Savannah Stars is an opportunity for community members to be paired with a professional dancer to compete on stage in front of a live audience. Each dancer has a fundraising goal of $10,000 to support the mission of Savannah CASA. This year's event will be held at Victory North Savannah - both indoor and outdoor seating - as well as virtually. I know that 2020 was a hard year for many, but any support that you can offer will help to ensure we can continue to serve all children in foster care in Chatham County. As of today, we are serving 72% of the children in foster care and with your support, we can serve 100% by the end of the year.
