Exactly a year ago we were closing our doors due to Covid-19. When we locked the doors and put our sign up, due to the pandemic we would be closed until further notice, there was so much uncertainty and anxiety. If and when would we be able to reopen, would our patients be ok, would our loved ones stay safe and healthy and what did this pandemic mean for the future? We really didn’t know what to expect and honestly, those thoughts and emotions changed every single day! But ...we quickly adapted to try and be here the best we could for ourselves, our staff, and our patients. One year in.and I’m overwhelmed with emotions as I am able to unlock my door to see patients today. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude that we are still able to be open for our patients and do what we love each and every day. I feel so blessed and words cant express my gratitude to my amazing patients for their patience, understanding and continued support. Because of our amazing patients and their referral of friends and family, we were able to survive and stay open during a pandemic. As a small business, we did have to make hard decisions, but we know it was so we could continue to give the best hearing care for all our patients. As we approach Easter and this beautiful spring time, let it be a reminder for all of us of hope and renewal. Our entire staff is humbled and eternally grateful for all of you!
