Another Sunday with some speed/agility/endurance and soccer work. We had a few more kids join us today and we played on a bigger field...soon will play like the pros

Today we applied one of our mottos: athlete first, tennis player second! The first workout/soccer Sunday of the season...don’t ask who lost and did pushups at the end of it

We celebrated Ella’s birthday on Tuesday,12 years old and a beautiful smile! Today we’ll extend the conditioning part of the lesson to burn off those delicious cupcakes

Sophia, she’s a fun and hard working player! A couple years ago she set herself a goal of playing on the high school team.Now,as freshmen, made it on the Varsity team at Lambert. Way to go Sophia, we’re proud of you!

12u USTA City Finals, chilly but fun

Tennistasking at our camp yesterday! How good is your coordination/reflexes/form under pressure? Shiv did well for the first time doing the drill. For my assistant Shaan,yesterday was his first day on the job.

We’re not a big tennis program by any stretch but we believe in what we do and we are lucky to work with people that believe in us! The 2020 HS tryout season was extremely competitive for all the high schools in the area.We were 5 for 5 and we’re proud of these girls:Kathy and Emily made the Lambert JV team while Poorvi, Sruthi and Aparna made the Northview Varsity and JV teams! You go girls!! #practice#purpose
