The annual meeting of Highgrove at Whitewater Creek Community Association, Inc. will be held at 7:00 p.m. on February 10, 2021, via Zoom. (Please go to https://zoom.us/meetings and click on Join a Meeting in the upper right corner. The Meeting ID is 956 3381 5901 and Passcode is: 166935). You can al...so sign-in to the meeting using your phone by dialing 1-929-436-2866-then enter the meeting ID number when prompted. The purpose of the annual meeting is to update homeowners on the status of the community and to conduct all lawful business of the association. In order for the association to have an annual meeting, a quorum of the members must be met. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete the proxy ballot and mail to the address listed above or return to a board member. In order to run for and/or serve as a member of the Board of Directors and to be eligible to vote on any matters brought forth, residents must be current in their assessments at the time of the meeting with a zero ($0) balance (residents on payment plans do not qualify).
