COVID-19 Update 4/1/2020 In order to protect the health of our clients, staff, and their families, we will be implementing the following changes to our protocols effective immediately: We ask that all medication refills be called in and paid for over the phone in advance. Upon arrival at the clinic, please call the front desk and we will send a staff member to your car with your pet’s medication. We strongly encourage utilizing our online pharmacy for prescription diets i...f possible. For sick patient visits, we will only be able to allow one family member to be in the exam room with their pet in order to maintain the recommended minimum 6 feet of social distancing. For wellness visits, we encourage clients to wait in their cars if possible while their pet is brought inside by a staff member for their veterinary exam. If the client does wish to be present, we again ask that only one person accompany their pet. Payments over the phone are encouraged whenever possible to limit person-to-person contact. Out of consideration to fellow clients, staff, and everyone’s families, we ask that you call to reschedule if you or a family member have been ill. We thank you for your patience during this trying time. Our top priority is to maintain the health and happiness of our patients, clients, and all of our Hill Top family.
