A scammer has copied our listing from VRBO, AirBnB or Trip Advisor and has listed it on Craigslist. We DO NOT list on Craigslist. This person will take your money and you will not have a reservation at the Holly Berry Cabin. We all accept bookings through VRBO, AirBNB and Trip Advisor. We have reported this to Craigslist but the ad has not been taken down.

We're always amazed at the talent that our young guests show us when they leave an original artwork after their stay at The Holly Berry Cabin. Even so... ...These are special! A couple of young guests from Atlanta spent a late June weekend with us and really touched our hearts with these renderings of some of our wildlife in Rising Fawn. These will be on display in the living room for our other guests to enjoy.

We've been honored (and humbled) again. VRBO just named The Holly Berry Cabin a Preferred Partner for 2019! This award is based on guest reviews and overall rankings by members for speedy responses and overall satisfaction.... For our regular guests,this might be a mixed blessing.It means that we zoom to the top of the search results on VRBO.That means that busy seasons might get even busier,so book early. Holiday weekends will probably go super fast this year. It may be the off-season,but we're getting ready for a super 2019! Our view of the lake will be better than ever this year (Thanks, Justin, for a clearing job well done!) and we have a new hammock, new grill,new cutlery and flatware,as well as new plates and cookware. We'll have some Facebook-only specials during the season and of course,we always whip up special surprises for special occasions. The season starts March 1st, and runs through Thanksgiving weekend,so we hope you will plan to stay with us this year!

Summer is winding down...The best season of the year is just about here! Now that the kids are back in school,we're getting inundated with requests for October and November weekends. Lots of our guests that have been here before want to return and see the spectacular colors,do some fishing and go hiking at Cloudland Canyon and DeSoto. Cooler temps make these activities one of life's treasures. We've also become the "go to" destination for anniversary lovebirds to get away, re...-connect and unplug. It's amazing how many couples have been with us for several years now and we always try to come up with the kind of surprises that end up...On their Facebook page. Okay families...Schools' out-Teacher let the monkeys out! Time for a schools out Facebook only special (we do this once or maybe twice a year) Book any weekend in June and I'll include a family pass to Rock City AND passes to the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum train excursion.It's included,but ONLY with a reservation direct from us here at Relaxation Central.... Of course, summer means...Ice cream and all the trimmings! We always include a half gallon of quality ice cream,toppings,sprinkles,nuts and anything else you can pile on to make delicious sundaes.It's all part of the summer vibe we get here at The Holly Berry Cabin. Update from the lake-Our recent guests from Florida told us that they're biting like crazy down at Johnson's Lake! Florida folks know their fishing and they were impressed with the clean,clear water and the abundance of hungry aquatic buddies in the lakes.Their 6 year old caught their first fish here in our little corner of paradise and she's gonna be hooked for life on Rising Fawn...
