We received some surprise Christmas cards for Friendship Center participants that warmed our hearts and uplifted our spirits. We thought we'd share with you all in case you could use some Christmas joy! This Christmas season as many of us have to be separated from loved ones, it's nice to remember how interconnected we are! These cards came to us from students at Fernbank Elementary. Their teacher, who goes to Atlanta Mennonite Fellowship, is connected to the Frienship Center through our partnership with Berea Mennonite. Our artists create beautiful things in the Art Barn at Berea and now they are receiving beautiful creations because of the beautiful ways we are all connected! May we all be surprised by our connectedness-to God, each other, and creation-this Christmas season!
