Here is a good update on the vaccine administration plan and procedures. If you are eligible and interested in the vaccine, follow the Troup County Health Department for the most up to date information.

*Update: All appointments for now through the Health Dept have been filled. Follow them directly to know when more are available.* We do not have the Covid vaccine at this time and are unsure when we will be able to get it. If you fall in tier 1A and are interested in receiving the vaccine, call the health department for an appointment.

So long 2020! Wishing us all a healthier and happier 2021! We will be closed New Year’s Day and will be back in office on Monday, Jan 4th.

Hometown is closed December 24th and 25th. We wish you a very Merry Christmas! We will reopen Monday, December 28th.

We wish you all the blessing of family and friends (even if they aren’t at your table this year), that you have enough to sustain you, and that your troubles feel lighter than usual! We’ve dealt with enough in 2020, don’t let flu be one more thing! Flu shots currently available for ages 4 and up. No appointment required for established patients.

We would like to pay tribute to Mr. JW Parmer who is being laid to rest today. He was the owner of Parmer Brothers Grocery. The property is now Hometown Family Medicine. They were known for quality and service, as we hope to be known for as well. For years to come, we will identify ourselves as the old Parmer Brothers building due to his legacy.
