Day 18's Challenge is to pay extra attention to your Dental Hygiene! Brushing your teeth might be one of those chores that you rush through or even forget about, but it is so important! Make dental hygiene a priority today, and maybe even incorporate some new ways to take care of it! Brush your teeth, floss, and even try tongue scraping! As we are wrapping up the second week of 2021 take some time to Breathe. Really breathe. Nice full, deep breaths, that fill your belly and reset your soul. We breathe all day every day but take some time to focus on your breathing today. Try a breathing exercise that plays with the direction or count of breath.
